Initial Issues with ERA 70X

We picked up the unit on Thursday and did the walk through.  It toook about 45 minutes. Pictures and an overview will be posted soon.  There was some miscommunication between sales and service at the dealer and the cabinet behind the drivers seat (which we paid for) had not been installed by delivery.  Our PDI technician did a good job, considering the number of systems we had to review.  However, we did not delve deep, and it was only after our shakedown outing to Caprock Canyon (pictures to come) that we identified some issues to be resolved.  Here is the letter to the dealer:

We have identified some issues with the ERA 70X. Can you confirm with Service that we can bring the unit in Wednesday morning, July 1, 2015 to have the cabinet installed and have the following issues taken care of, and get the unit back Thursday, July 2:

Shower does not drain (either clogged or check valve mis-installed)
Water pump will not prime water lines (water does not flow smoothly, or at all, from galley or head faucets)
Rear Jensen TV has bad pixel (replace TV)
Shower curtain missing clip/ring
Speaker B switch on Jensen unit appears inoperative (please confirm that this is normal)

Thanks, Mike

UPDATE: Unit dropped off at 7:30 am July 1, 2015 at McClains with punch list above.  Service writer assured us that our unit goes to the front of the line as the unit was just recently purchased from their dealership.  I sent the Service manager an e-mail letting him know the unit is there and that we are expecting to pick it up tomorrow at 3 p.m. with all items repaired.  I’ll report back on how McClain’s performs.
